Academic Cooperation with China
In May 2014, an academic and cultural cooperation framework was established between Vision Global Guinea Ecuatorial and the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
This agreement created the basis for collaboration in areas such as:

international education initiatives
The agreement reflected a shared interest in strengthening educational links between Africa and China, particularly in fields related to international trade, economics, language, and global cooperation.
Through this early institutional connection with the University of International Business and Economics, the foundations were laid for initiatives that today continue through platforms such as Study in China™ and Study Chinese in China™, which aim to facilitate access for African students to Chinese higher education.

I’m a certified Chinese language and culture expert with academic experience in International Trade and Economics in China, an MBA from the European Postgraduate Institute in Madrid, Spain, and several years of experience as a public servant. I have served as Director General of Local Content in the Oil Industry, Director General of Business Promotion and Private Investment, and Director General of Trade for the Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.
My relationship with China is both academic and strategic, built through direct experience within its educational, economic, and cultural systems. I have developed a deep understanding of China’s approach to development, trade, and international cooperation, particularly in the context of Africa–China relations.
I believe that learning—whether language, economics, or institutional development—should always be supportive, practical, and oriented toward real-world impact.
